Pickle Shack is a young and ambitious food company delivering creative catering and events in the South West of England. Our Produce Promise is at the heart of everything we do. It's quite the feat to solely use local, sustainable and ethically sourced produce when you are catering for the masses, but there is no doubt that it's worth the effort. At least 80% of our ingredients are sourced from within a 10 mile radius of an event venue (or from within 10 miles of our preparation kitchen, whichever allows for fewer food miles). We work with you on an entirely bespoke basis! Our Michelin trained chefs will advise at every step regarding flavour combinations, seasonality and local produce to develop your menu. It all began in July 2014, when Josh and Jodie hosted their first pop up restaurant to a sellout crowd of over 100 people. Pickle Shack soon become the only company in the UK to be running pop up restaurants as a full-time interest. With this dynamic duos endless hard work and determination, Pickle Shack quickly diversified into wedding catering, corporate catering, private dining, event bars and event management. Looking to the future, this ambitious little business still has a very long way to go! As a collective, our team possess an unstoppable torrent of energy, enthusiasm and tenacity in equal measures. Our kitchen team don’t aim for great food – great food is easy. Pickle Shack aims for food that you will talk about for years to come and to use flavour combinations that you have never before experienced. Our service team don’t aspire for friendly and efficient service; that would be far too average! Pickle Shack aim for unforgettable charisma and flawless service.
