About Picture this City

WHO: A collective of aspiring, talented, artistic and ambitious local photographers. WHAT: We capture nightlife and then share it with you through our 100,000 + photo archive of parties and events. Our library of photography spans over 6 years and reaches over 1.5 million picture views monthly. WHEN: We’re nocturnal. We first came out on the scene with our cameras in 2003 WHERE: In and around Detroit. We are at all the hottest parties and events armed with a camera in one hand and branded cards in the other searching for the next smiling face. WHY: Because it’s what we are naturally meant to be doing. We mixed the elements of joy in our lives: photography, people, technology, internet, music, art, and business. We party like it’s our job and love every minute of it.
