Excellent customer service and the expertise acquired over many years have made us the undisputed market leaders in direct wine sales all over the world. At the heart of the extensive range of wines offered by Ferdinand Pieroth are German quality wines from the Nahe and adjacent wine-producing regions. In addition, due to our close network of winemakers from around the world, we are regarded as a reliable authority on international wines. Why not convince yourself of the excellent quality of our wines by visiting us, or simply make an appointment to arrange a personal wine-tasting? 325 years of family tradition The history of the Pieroth family dates back to 1675. In fact, the company is still headquartered at our home, the original mansion house built in Burg Layen in 1731, where friends of Pieroth wines can visit our traditional wine estate and small wine museum. In 1953, the idea first proposed by Elmar and Kuno Pieroth underwent a further revolution: the introduction of personal home wine-tastings. This innovation laid the foundations for the company's rise to its current size and international reputation.
