I started teaching group fitness classes and personal training to later find my niche specialising in the fine arts of Pilates. I’ve got over 10 years professional experience in the fitness industry. I founded Pilates by Lisa in 2009 as a physical studio with as many as 200 clients a week joining my classes in my hometown Burleigh on the Gold Coast, Australia. The Pilates by Lisa online studio was started in 2013 in response to several of my clients moving away, going on holiday or unable to attend classes due to a change lifestyle circumstances and still wanting to be instructed be instructed wherever they were in the world! My clients range from beginners to advanced, and subscribe from all over the world to access an ever-growing library of 300+ workouts from their laptop, phone, tablet, computer or TV.
