About Pilates Hub Barcelona

Hi, I'm Deniz, and I'm a Pilates instructor. Today, I want to share with you my story of how Pilates changed my life and why I love it so much. I used to work as a legal advisor in Istanbul, a very stressful and demanding job. I had a lot of health problems, especially with my spine and hips. I tried different kinds of exercises, but nothing seemed to work for me. I was feeling weak, insecure, and unhappy. Then, I discovered Pilates. Pilates is a system of exercises that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving posture, flexibility, and balance. It also helps to reduce stress and enhance mental well-being. I started doing Pilates regularly, and I noticed a huge difference in just two months. I felt more confident, stronger, and taller. My spine and hips were no longer in pain. I had a new perspective on life and the future. Pilates was more than just a workout for me. It was a way of living, a way of caring for myself and my body. It taught me that every part of me needs support and attention, and that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. That's why, when I had the opportunity to move to Barcelona with my family, I decided to follow my passion and become a Pilates instructor. I wanted to share the benefits of Pilates with others, and help them to improve their health and happiness. In 2022, I opened my own Pilates studio in the heart of Gracia, a beautiful and lively neighborhood. I put a lot of effort and enthusiasm into this project, and I'm so proud of what I've accomplished. I love my studio, my clients, and my job.
