About Pilates InFusion

Pilates InFusion An intimate, total well-being, mind-body studio providing people with exercise therapy, based on Pilates but incorporating other bodywork systems, with or without the use of studio equipment. Our goal is to provide an environment, which enables us to conduct lessons in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The sessions are suitable and beneficial to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. All lessons are taught under close supervision and tailored to your individual requirements, incorporating specific, hands-on, corrective techniques. Emphasis is placed on the relaxation of over-tight, tense muscles, body alignment, breathing correctly, core stability and posture - all designed to rebalance the body. The exercises are regularly reviewed and adapted to reflect changes in the body and circumstances.
