About Pilates Vita / Vita Movement
Pilates Vita /Vita Movement is a Pilates license Company based in Denver Colorado that is expanding throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. We developed a Contemporary Pilates teachers training program and are licensing new locations with Pilates Vita partners. We provide a high level of instruction in Pilates, cardio exercises and indoor cycling. Centrally located in Denver we designed a new concept of Pilates for health sport training at any activity level. Using high end technology equipment we work with individual sessions or small groups of clients of all ages athletes or non athletes, and small population issues. Providing basic PT and Pilates for rehabilitation as well when the client needs to recover from injuries in order to get back to total body stabilization and a healthy life. We work on RPG (General Posture Reposition) to aligned back issues and give the core power back. Last year we opened a new location at 6th & Downing, Country club/ Cherry Creek, CO. This location is now owned by the licensees Chris & Shannon Catalano. In March 2014 we are opening a 2nd location in Cherry Hills Market Place, Greenwood Village, CO owned by the licensee Melissa Peda.
