We focus and specialize in employee advancement and training. We like to promote within when possible and provide opportunities for our dedicated employee's to soar with their career's from our Sales, Service, & Accounting Departments. We are also giving each employee $1000 in spending cash. - We have a very competitive wage scale that is above market analysis for our area. - We are dedicated and have a very hands on corporate office team that is dedicated to our employee's - We do quarterly attendance bonuses, and Christmas bonuses for the Sales team where they earn $10-$20 depending on their length of service with our company for every vehicle sold through out the year. - We do retention bonuses for our service department that is paid out twice a year and they earn $0.50 for every hour flagged.
