At Pilot Builders we take great care to build remarkable lake and golf course homes. We strive to create homes of great value and high quality with a process that’s easy and responsive to our customers’ needs. We design, build, and maintain luxury custom homes in the Lake Oconee area of Georgia. We concentrate on fully customized high-end lake homes, with a secondary focus on renovations and maintenance. We continue to emphasize our niche as a full service firm that does turnkey work, from site evaluation to service and estate management. Celebrating our 11th year in business, our original firm has grown to 10 full time employees along with working with many subcontractors, but our method of working closely as a team has not changed. Each team member specializes, lending expertise to their particular role in the building process. We have strengthened our reputation as a design/build firm that hones in on details, architectural integrity and unique homes. Our clients may be in the corporate world or own their own businesses, and may be approaching retirement. Because of this, they often are not in close proximity to the home we are building for them and need to develop a close, trusting relationship that demands guidance and support from us. Our clients have previously built or purchased semi-custom and custom homes, and they appreciate quality, professionalism, and our use of technology. They see the end product: A home of high value and high quality, with no details left undone. They have sought and found a design/build firm whose employees are apprised of the latest products and building methods. We continue to educate ourselves, in order to understand the market beyond our community, so that we can present the latest materials, workmanship and processes to the company.
