About Pilot House

Pilot House, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, provides sober living and recovery coaching services for men and women in San Antonio, Texas. We believe that a communal sober living environment is a critical for long-term sobriety for those recovering from alcohol or drug use disorder. We offer month to month accommodations for women who are leaving a live-in facility but still need guidance and accountability. The first 90 days of sobriety are critical and by living with others in recovery the outcomes for long-term sobriety are greatly increased. We ask that our residents commit to a 6 month stay to have enough time to begin getting their lives back in order. We also offer independent recovery coaching services for those who are seeking assistance in overcoming their addictions.
