Pilots for HIMS Reform (P4HR) is a national coalition of pilots, air traffic controllers, physicians, and legal experts working to bring fairness, transparency, and science-based oversight to FAA aeromedical certification. Founded by airline captains and supported by a distinguished advisory board led by Dr. Diego M. Garcia, an award-winning aerospace medicine specialist, P4HR is committed to replacing fear with fairness and stigma with support. Our leadership includes directors of government affairs, digital strategy, and media affairs, as well as confidential members who contribute their expertise behind the scenes until it is safe to share their identities publicly. Through legislative advocacy, outreach campaigns, and data-driven education, we are building a movement that empowers aviation professionals to speak out and shape a more just, evidence-based system for everyone in the industry.
