Pineapple Structures are a local independent firm of structural engineers. We have over 50 years of structural design experience between us, and cover all building types. Pineapple Structures provide structural design services for both new and existing buildings as well as refurbishment projects. We take on all types of jobs from small domestic work to larger commercial projects, and can typically cover construction values ranging from a few hundred pounds for a hole in a wall, up to say £10 million for a larger commercial project. Typical services include structural design, drawings and calculations for domestic extensions, alterations and loft conversions, as well as structural survey reports and subsidence investigations. We are able to to organise ground investigations and provide drawings and calculations sufficient to obtain Building Control Approval as well as for pricing and construction information. Our clients are typically home owners, builders, small practices of architects.
