We have work to do so we can make a sustainable product that meets our standards. We are not interested in greenwashing. We improve our watersheds by eliminating all harmful chemicals from the entire life cycle of our process and invite competitors and partners to do the same. We seek to become carbon neutral, toxic free, and source our materials from the Great Lakes Watershed as quickly as possible. LOCAL: When we do well our neighbors and community do well. The impact of every Detroit-made Pingree purchase is multiplied because we source materials and brilliance locally. Profits are shared with our workers, investors, surrounding community, and other social impact initiatives that benefit veterans or contribute to neighborhood restoration and resilience. We have an opportunity to do more than pay a living wage.
