We are a group of Virtual Assistants. We have worked for a range of corporate companies and small businesses for a number of years completing a range of tasks and being part of various teams across the companies. That is why there isn’t a problem we can’t solve for you in a range of fields. Some of the team we have been an integral part of are; Compliance, Safeguarding, Marketing, Recruitment, Human Resources, Training and Project and Product Management. Some of our proudest corporate achievements are: Compliance: Creating and streamlining systems and spreadsheets to ensure compliance policies and procedures could be followed easily, efficiently and accurately. Safeguarding: Ensuring procedures and tracking were created and up to date and followed through, creating new deliverables to staff to ensure ease of following procedures. Marketing: Working alongside publishing companies such as Penguin Books and Anderson Press to deliver time sensitive projects delivered to both company employees and globally. Recruitment: Streamlining the recruitment process while exceeding candidate standards and saving costs HR: Writing company policies on a short deadline to ensure compliance with different governing bodies Training: Creating and Delivering Staff Training and Tracking systems and developing an aftercare and follow up system to support Project/Product Management: Publishing Scientific Research while working alongside the Government and Governing Bodies Our home offices are fully equipped with the standard office equipment needed to execute all tasks.
