We are a forward-looking firm of conversational accountants, striving to become the perfect small practice - perfect from the point of view of clients, staff and partners. We love helping Corporate Refugees - people who have left a bigger (sometimes much bigger) organisation to strike out on their own. Corporate Refugees don't remain start ups for ever - we can also help at later stages by acting as virtual non-exec FDs to slightly bigger businesses, including preparing businesses for eventual sale and the exit of the owner(s). We have embraced the digital revolution, originally becoming Xero certified in 2013 and are currently Xero Gold Champions. Every member of our crew has worked hard to acquire the full set of Xero Advisor certifications. We are now busily exploring the growing app ecosystem (or is that "appmosphere" as Dave Pinkham suggested?).
