About Pinnacle Building Consultancy
Pinnacle Building Consultancy was formed by Ollie Cottam and Sean Marshall, two chartered building surveyors specialising in commercial property. We combine nearly 50 years of commercial building surveying experience with a passion and enthusiasm for commercial property, to give independent and expert advice. Sean is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. He has been a building surveyor for 29 years, working for commercial clients in New Zealand and the UK. He specialises in technical due diligence, lease reinstatement and expert witness. Ollie is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has worked closely with the RICS, including chairing the working group that authored the RICS Professional Standard for Planned Preventative Maintenance (LTMP). His 17 years of experience covers commercial building surveying and project management, speciliasing in LTMPs, technical due diligence and project management.
