About Pinnacle of Compliance
Principal Consultant, Rebecca Grant began her career in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector in 2006 with the Queensland Government as a Registration Officer assisting organisations attaining RTO status. Since then she has had various roles within the sector including Senior Lead Auditor, leading and conducting complex audits on behalf of the Queensland Government under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and the Pre-Qualified Supplier (PQS) Funding requirements. She was a member of the original team providing feedback and amendments on the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) transition process and audit documentation. More recently, Rebecca has established this company Pinnacle of Compliance which specialises in creating quality-based solutions, compliance improvements, training sessions, validation and scheduling, audit preparation activities and internal audits for RTOs. Pinnacle of Compliance focusses on providing services and products which empowers an RTO to meet its compliance obligations as well as providing a commercially viable solution for the organisation. With Rebecca’s extensive background within the VET sector she can tailor products which suits the individual needs of each RTO as well identifying solutions which meet commercial expectations.
