About Pinnacle Sports Australia

Pinnacle Sports is a specialist climbing business based in Red Hill, Queensland. Our shop front is centrally located 5 minutes drive from Brisbane’s city centre, however we also operate an online store and ship Australia wide. Pinnacle Sports does everything to do with adventures, from climbing to hiking and everything in between! We sell recreational and industrial climbing equipment, as well as arbor equipment. We also offer climbing and abseiling adventures throughout Southeast Queensland in locations such as Kangaroo Point Brisbane and the Glasshouse Mountains. We operate with small participant to guide ratios so that everyone takes home an experience to remember. All of our guides hold nationally recognised qualifications. Want to see what the world has to offer climbing wise? We run climbing specific holidays to Kalymnos Greece, Yangshuo, China and Cat Ba Island in Vietnam. Our guides have spent extensive amounts at each location so you get the most of your climbing holiday. Pinnacle runs accredited recreational climbing courses so that participants can be confident that they are being taught best industry practice. Pinnacle Sports is a specialist climbing/height retailer. Our shop is owned and staffed by passionate, knowledgeable climbers, who have been not only working in the industry for years but climbing with the locals and supporting the outdoor community. Since its inception, Pinnacle has been heavily involved with the local climbing community. We started the first social series in Queensland back in 2003. Pinnacle Sports is an ongoing supporter at both State and National Level and at the more laid back social competition scene in Queensland. Outdoors, our staff assist with re bolting and crag maintenance in conjunction with ACAQ. We help support and sponsor emerging local climbers that show not only talent but also a respect for outdoor environment that we all play in!
