Kearney, Pinwheel's vision is to make world-class business transformation expertise, previously only affordable to large corporations, available to anyone who needs it. The impetus for the foundation of Pinwheel was Natascha’s desire to authentically help those who truly needed access to high-quality turn-around and cost transformation solutions: “What I felt lacked during my time as a corporate consultant was authenticity and the fulfillment of truly helping another human being out. The talent and expertise was absolutely leading but supporting clients often felt ‘clinical’ to me with not enough regard for what the client truly needed.
