Our P6 schedules are updated daily with the execution team. All job task turnovers are done in the field in person. Our material procurement personnel provides experience with the following: drawing specs, drawings detail, AWP, AML and bagging and tagging materials. Our onsite team has constant open communication throughout the project lifecycle from management, to operations on down to the craft level. All materials are ordered in line with our AWP procurement & AWL. Materials are bagged and tagged by Work Orders or Purchase Orders. Pioneer home office management team deliver detailed weekly cost reporting, productivity analysis and comprehensive cost control on PCR. Quality Controls - Our QA/QC have the following certifications: API 510/570/650/653 and CWI on all projects.
