Our expert staff has years of experience and handles every aspect of employee claims and reimbursements with strict adherence to IRS adjudication and reporting regulations. PIOPAC provides solutions to brokers, unions, associations, and employers when payroll deduction is not an option. Through services like ACH drafts, credit or debit card charges, and split deposits PIOPAC creates an environment that feels like payroll deduction for the employee without the administrative work for the employer. Drafting on pay cycle is also a way to make voluntary benefits easier to enroll in. Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Limited FSA, Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) and Transportation Benefits administration services are also services that PIOPAC provides. PIOPAC administers all Plans in compliance with Internal Revenue Code Section 125 and 132 including Compliance testing, Nondiscrimination testing, and assistance with 5500 reporting and HIPAA support. Combined Billing allows employers to transfer funds for a variety of services (i.e.: insurance premiums) to PIOPAC for disbursement to the various vendors, relieving the employer of the administrative burden of reconciling these accounts.
