Piramal Swasthya is one of the largest not-for-profit organizations in India in the space of primary health care. It focuses on maternal and child health and nutrition, adolescent health and non-communicable diseases by making health care accessible, affordable and available to all segments of the population especially those most vulnerable. Driven by the vision of Mr. Ajay Piramal, Chairman, Piramal Group and the philosophy of ‘Doing Well and Doing Good’, Piramal Swasthya nests in the philanthropic arm of the group, Piramal Foundation. Piramal Swasthya works very closely with the central and state governments in its endeavour to bridge the public health care gaps by supplementing and complementing Government of India’s vision to meet Universal Health Coverage. Piramal Swasthya’s programme designs are beneficiary-centric and these are stitched together to enhance the health and nutrition outcomes of them. The 35 projects across 21 states have elements of innovation, replicability and impactful. We have touched 124 million lives so far, we are learning, we are constantly adapting and perfecting ourselves to deliver the best quality services to our communities. With better learning, better governance and better resources we promise to contribute in achieving Sustainable Development Goal 3. (Good Health & Wellbeing) By 2030. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a reliable and trusted implementation partner for many corporates and iNGOs in their CSR efforts with assurance on project deliveries.
