As a second-generation builder, a qualified plumber, and with over 15 years’ personal experience George has built a diligent, conscientious, tried and tested team dedicated to creating the absolute finish required. From working on heritage castles, to modern day new builds we have the skills, capacity and diversity to deliver. Now specialising in residential extensions, modernisation and refurbishment including new builds, rear extensions, loft conversions and basements we work predominantly in south London with clients to achieve their imagined home. Having been through the process ourselves, we understand the trials and tribulations of taking on a building project. We understand the importance of budget and time, and have a clear and proactive approach to communication and organisation. We work hard to make sure we capture your requirements on the project preventing any changes to the budget down the line, and are realistic with our timelines. From the very first sketch, to programming the thermostats we are here to help. Our dedicated team work closely with clients, architects, structural engineers, building control and many more professionals to make sure the process runs as smooth as possible.
