These three types of service are all focussed on helping client businesses to maximise their bottom line through improved performance by their people. 1). Diagnostic Services – so that client businesses can reduce costs by focussing spend There are six “components” to competence. Excellent performance can only become a reality when the six components of competence are in place. In many businesses, these six components are not working in harmony. We work with clients to identify factors – people or organisationally based that could be adjusted to create the conditions necessary for improved performance. 2). The provisions of people-related aspects of performance improvement -so that client businesses improve bottom line. Where training is required, we can develop and deliver programmes in various formats. We are experienced trainers ourselves and also have access to a wide range of specialists who work with us on an associate basis. 3). Follow-up and people-development services – so that changes and training are embedded and profitability and productivity is improved as people become more competent. The diagnosis of issues and the provision of training do not necessarily constitute a complete solution to every issue, problem or change initiative. People frequently need further support after training or during periods of change, so that they can build their confidence as they become fluent in using what they have learned.
