We're all about making property development simple and accessible for investors. We're focused on driving 20%-25% annualised returns on equity for our clients. There's a lot of risk in property development, you can make a small fortune or lose your shirt. It's complex, takes lots of experience to navigate and it's hugely time consuming. Getting it wrong can really hurt. We simplify the process by taking on all the planning, product development, cost and management risk as our part of our structured development partnership system. Our projects are repeatable and scalable. Most of our partners want the high returns from development but don't have the time, capability or experience to develop property. Especially the time. Our Development Partnerships provide for 20% - 25% annualised returns on equity, with projects that are repeatable and scalable. You provide the capital, own all the assets. We do all the work with our end-to-end service and we deliver everything at a fixed cost. Then we repeat. We have put together this really cool six-stage system for delivering residential developments on a total fixed cost basis. We do all the complex stuff and give our clients a simple fixed fee for each stage, with one fixed payment for each month of the life of the development. Everyone knows exactly where they stand at any time. This makes property development easy and assessable and only requires a client to put in about 1-2 hrs a month. We then deliver an end-to-end service from finding a suitable site, design and consents, turnkey construction and total sales and finalisation of the project.
