Pivotal Builders Inc. was created in 2010, to provide construction services to the New England area. Our main focus is to build relationships with clients that are looking to work alongside their contractor. In addition to our experience in General Contracting, we are also experienced in working for development companies and can combine these attributes for a better rapport with our clients. A successful project requires an understanding of our client’s needs. Once we identify those needs, we create a working plan with communications, preliminary budgets and schedules to provide the best path to a project’s success. Our staff has over 50 years of experience working with developers and tenants on office fit-ups, retail interiors, pad sites and occupied renovations. Our goal is to create an environment of trust with our clients, by providing a service which includes value engineering, problem-solving and keeping our clients informed throughout their project. We believe that integrity and hard work are the keys to success in every project. Our success is measured by our repeat clients, and the success and longevity of any company are the recommendations of those repeat clients.
