PizzaRev® is a fast-casual concept featuring a distinctive Craft Your Own® pizza process that is revolutionizing the way people enjoy pizza across the country. Guests are empowered to fully customize a personal 11" pizza with any of our 30+ artisanal ingredients, homemade dough options, flavorful sauces, all-natural cheeses and locally sourced veggies where available, all for one price. Everything at PizzaRev is crafted right before your eyes, culminating in every pizza being fired in a 900-degree, stone-bed oven, producing a thin and crispy Roman-style pizza in just three minutes. Built on the passion and revolutionary vision of founder Nicholas Eckerman, the first PizzaRev opened in 2012 near the campus of Cal State Northridge. The brand quickly earned a loyal following across greater Los Angeles, and after steadily adding more locations nationally and internationally, PizzaRev attracted the attention of Cleveland Avenue, the Chicago-based food accelerator. Cleveland Avenue became a majority partner and strategic investor in May 2017, focused on facilitating PizzaRev’s growth by expanding both its franchise and corporate footprint. Under the supervision of Don Thompson, CEO of Cleveland Avenue and former CEO of McDonald’s, PizzaRev is aimed at becoming a leader in the fast-casual pizza industry. We’re seeking prospective franchisees to join our PizzaRev-olution. Our ideal franchisee is an experienced restaurateur who is deeply embedded in his or her community – someone who understands the demographics in key regions along with specific trade areas.
