Since its inception in 1987 Place Vendome has positioned itself as a leading supplier of high-end fabrics and trimmings. By designing exclusive patterns in its own European facilities as well as by importing the finest patterns from many of the decorative world’s elite mills, the company has become a major source of textiles for residential and commercial applications. In recent years, Place Vendome has made heavy investments in the expansion of its trimmings division. Currently, this part of the company accounts for 57% of total sales. In the past two years, warehouse space has been increased to accommodate the large inventory which now provides our clientele with the luxury of same-day shipping on almost 40% of our collections. A very important part of our efforts has been focused on the company’s contract division. From very humble beginnings in the hospitality field, Place Vendome is now one of the first choices for architects and contract specifiers. Our fabrics and trimmings can be found in the very best hotels both in the U.S. and abroad. From Las Vegas to Luxembourg, chances are that one of our patterns will be upholstered on that sofa in the Penthouse Suite or on the chairs in the main Conference Room of your hotel. Place Vendome’s offerings are not just those found in our showrooms. The company’s custom-weaving capabilities are limited only by our clients’ imagination. By exercising control over our own looms, we enjoy the utmost flexibility for producing truly one-of-a-kind patterns and colors. Available in 100% silk, silk blends, or more affordable yarns, Place Vendome’s custom woven designs have been selected to beautify the most exquisite mansions and museums throughout the world. * Place Vendome is open to the trade only.
