Placement Partners is a family-owned business and has been assisting people with disabilities since 2004. We believe every individual has the ability to work and live in their community. Each year, we provide services to hundreds of adults with disabilities. Placement Partners is committed to creating a Pathway to Self-Reliance by diligently pursuing positive vocational and residential outcomes for disabled persons and others who encounter barriers to achieving successful integration within our community. The delivery of person centered services supported by effective strategies that include advocacy for inclusion within the workplace and skills training that promote independent living shall be the standard by which we are measured.
