Formed in 2005, the Plan Ahead Consultancy arm of the business provides specialist Change expertise for Contact Centres across a number of sectors including: Retail; Insurance; Finance; Gaming & Leisure; Energy Providers; Pharmaceutical; Home Builders and many projects within both the Central & Local Government Sectors to name just a few. Our approach combines our experience within the Customer Service industry together with Prince 2 methodology and strong analytical focus to identify, plan and manage transformation projects from start-to-finish. Over the last ten years we have been heavily involved in a number of RFP procurement exercises and large change projects from 100k to over 1bn! These projects are often diverse in nature however all have a synergy of making improvements to the bottom line operational margin or increased revenue through more sales. Recent projects have included: - Contact Centre selection and procurement of Telephony, Workforce Mangement, Quality, Email and Chat systems - Managing RFPs for provision of Contact Centre services, both front and back office - Procurement and implementation of Knowledge Management Systems - Implementation of web chat and social media technologies - Multiple recent successes in bid writing and support on behalf of our Clients We have strong knowledge of the Outsourcing market having worked with the majority of the Outsourcers - both on the client and agency sides - and also within their new business teams i.e. writing and responding to bids. This puts us in a great position to understand each of the elements of an operation and the commercial underpinnings and also with negotiating your outsourcing deals.
