Inspired by the book ‘Company of One’ by Paul Jarvis, Plan:it was set up with the sole purpose of offering growing tech companies the tailored support they need to achieve their hiring goals, placing emphasis on longer term relationships and consistent quality of service. Staying small in size allows us to remain laser focussed on a smaller number of projects which in turn allows for a more targeted & personalised approach. Although we have experience adding value by growing teams across a variety of tech disciplines, our core focus is: Software Engineers, Product, Data, DevOps & Testing/QA.
