Our population is getting older and the planning industry more commoditized, which leaves many aging clients asking “What is my financial advisor doing for me?” In order to help financial advisors capitalize on these trends, Plan4Life’s Elder Planning Specialist program educates practitioners on the unique needs of their aging clientele along with the need to enhance the advisor - client relationship. Founded by a veteran CFP along with a Certified Senior Care Specialist & Social Worker, Plan4Life helps advisors become larger and more profitable by outlining why they need to adjust their approach and giving them the skills to do so. The Elder Planning Specialist program is a ten-module course, taught over 2 days, that deals with all the critical areas that a Financial Advisor who is looking to understand this segment of the marketplace needs to know. Each module contains valuable information that is relevant to understanding aging clients and case studies are included so the advisor can see how the information is utilized in real life situations.
