P.E.N is a network drafting enterprise that meticulously calculates the best possible routes for detailed planning of fibre optic and copper network infrastructure. We survey sites carefully and establish a clear plan before returning to the bullpen to draw up all proposed physical network routes. We draft all applications for route and infrastructure installations tailored to the clients’ specifications as well as to the relevant municipal departments should there be any public property affected by the construction of a given network, this is inclusive of planning documentation, product information and dimensions as well as GIS cadastral diagram information. This is to ensure all wayleave & ROW applications are completed seamlessly and timeously within project deadlines. Our commitment to quality and relationships with both the client and the municipality ensures accurate municipal records and therefore we submit detailed as-built files to the network owners &/or contractors once build is complete. Consultation and evaluation on current ongoing projects offering better solutions before and during build inclusive of quality assurance/control for all FTTB, FTTH, MDU's, Switching Centres & POP plans.
