We are committed to delivering high-quality homes to Indigenous communities across Canada. PlantHD is an Indigenous-led Housing and Development company that uses a "For Indigenous, By Indigenous" approach. Our Product line is called ACE Homes. Our community is growing and we have a lot of people and organizations backing Plant Housing and Development - which is exciting! It will take a community to bring massive change. ACE stands for A - Affordability, C - Culturally-Rooted, and E - Energy Efficient homes. ACE homes are ultra-affordable; we design the homes to include any nation's identity (like colours, logos of the nation, Cree aspects for example) to represent their culture; and they are high-quality eco-friendly materials that are energy efficient and will make bills like electricity non-existent. Over its lifespan, ACE Homes saves a LOT of money as compared to traditional homes. PlantHD takes a different approach than traditional developers. Aside from NOT charging an arm and a leg, we co-create with Indigenous leadership. We prioritize the needs and preferences of Indigenous nations, we don't provide the outright solution. They are also not tiny homes or modular. They need to be assembled on-site, and the current products we have span from 750 - 1500+ square feet. We're constantly building larger and larger homes and different types of products that will benefit communities. We offer help to obtain funding from a variety of sources (federal, provincial, municipal, and other sources) for the nation to get the homes that the Nation needs. PlantHD also has a range of partnerships for Building Services (site work, plumbing, sewage, electrical, etc.)
