PlanTools, LLC was established in 2002 offering the market its flagship risk management product that provides an integrated investment policy statement with a quarterly investment monitoring and selection report. In 2009, the company was acquired by Fiduciary Risk Assessment LLC (“FRA”), a consulting company and PlanTools parent company.
