About Plascon Group
Plascon manufactures flexible packaging ideally suited for the food industry and retail alike. Products produced at our Traverse City, Michigan facility are BRCGS ‘AA’ Certified to ensures the highest standards for quality and food safety in every packaging option we offer. Restaurants, resorts, caterers, entertainment centers, and food processors depend on our Cook Chill bags and accessories for their daily operations, as well as our Saftea® Tea Urn Liner for those serving fresh brewed iced tea, iced coffee, lemonades and fruit punches in their establishments. Our Box Liners and bags are used for any bag-in-a-box packaging need, and are available in HDPE, LLDPE, PE Blends, and Biodegradable* options. Farming operations use our box liners to keep their produce fresh during transport and storage. Bakeries and meat processors use our liners to keep their products fresh and sanitary. Retailers keep their products protected whether that be clothing apparel, automotive parts, books, or any other product for added safety and security. * 49.28% biodegradation in 900 days under non-typical conditions.
