Since 1987, Plastic-Glass is present on the market of glass fiber reinforced plastic and thermoplastic reinforced plastic materials. Having more than 6000 square meters global space with 3200 square meters indoor, Plastic Glass is a leader in GRP equipments for Oil&Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Petrochemical industries, Water conditioning, Gas depuration, Desalination and where are present problems related to corrosion, thermal and electrical insulation, lightness and high mechanical strength. His modern manufacturing equipments, as Filament Winding machines and internal laboratory for material testing, together with a rigorous base material selection, allow to satisfy all careful and particular Client’s requests. Plastic Glass wide manufacturing range foresees the construction of: Vessels, Piping and Fittings, Columns, Tanks, Filters, Reactors, Settling tanks and tailor made equipments. Base materials used can be, according to special requirements and requests, polyester bisphenolic, isophtalic, orthophtalic, vinylester, epoxi-novolak, flame retardant or conductive resins reinforced with glass fibers. Where necessary, it is foreseen thermoplastic chemical liner made of PVC - PVC C – PP – PVDF – PE – ECTFE (HALAR) reinforced with GRP. Our Technical Office is able to perform complete techincal documantation: AutoCAD drawings, Mechanical Book, Quality Book and Techincal Passport for worldwide export. Our Engineers are able to perform calculations and verifications according to the most important international standards as EN 13121-3, BS 4994:1987, ASME X, ASME RTP-1, AD-MERKBLATT N1, AFNOR 57900, …, and provide support on chemical and process engineering issues.
