Our love for pools and passion for providing good customer service led to the birth of Platinum Pools, and we intend to keep this wave going for a long time. We carry our fun-loving attitude into our everyday work so that when you see the pool guy coming you think “Oh hey, Platinum Pools guys!” and you have no reservations about letting us take care of your pool. The difference between us and some other companies is that we are genuinely happy to be helping you with your pool. Seriously, we are. We love sharing information with our customers to help them better take care of their pools. We are nationally certified pool operators, members of the American Pool and Spa Association and belong to the Better Business Bureau. So when it comes to our service, you can be confident in our knowledge and our and dedication to providing the best service possible. As well as being in the business of fun, we also consider ourselves pool nerds, and in this case, that is definitely good! We’re literally obsessed with pools. Here’s why: we are always trying to learn more about the pool business and make ourselves the best sources of information on pools that you could possibly have. We are constantly going to seminars and completing training classes all over the country so that we can always be at the top of our game. Part of our obsessiveness is also that we are not satisfied unless we know the best ways to take care of your pool.
