Plavi tim d.o.o. (member of INA Group) operates as an independent service information center, i.e. a separate INA Group company, with the aim of providing IT services for all INA Group members in Croatia and abroad. It primarily deals with the development of innovative IT solutions, operational and infrastructural support for projects, cyber security and customer support. Given the complexity of INA Group, it is difficult to single out specific employees profiles, because Plavi tim employs developers, system operators and customer support agents. However, main focus is on people who, with the necessary technical knowledge, combine processes, colleagues and available technologies in order to continuously deliver products and services for the needs of end users. Therefore - like other IT companies, Plavi tim increasingly moves in the direction of DevOps business methods, with an emphasis on improved communication and collaboration between developers and operational experts. For years, Plavi tim has been successfully following the digitalization of the business in the form of various RPA technologies, chatbots, electronic signatures, using various network, system on-prem and cloud technologies and Cybersec solutions.
