This opens a competitive advantage for system suppliers by integration PLC into their systems and save weight, space and power (Size, Weight and Power SWAP) for systems offered to their customers. plc-tec is a pioneer specialized in PLC applications for mission- and time-critical systems which demand the design of advanced communication technology schemes and algorithms and their development within design and development processes which comply with international standards of functional safety according to norms like RTCA DO-254/178, IEC 61508, etc. plc-tec has developed their PLC designs into an own Power Line data bUS (PLUS) technology.
