About Pleasant Homes
I am a professional organiser with over 25 years experience in the interiors sector as a co founder of Purves & Purves. I have advised many customers over the years as well as working with people to declutter, organise, restyle and accessorise their homes in order to create homes that they love. I am also an expert at home staging to help clients achieve the best price when selling their homes as well as managing the whole packing/unpacking & settling in process of moving, as I have moved my family of five 8 times in 30 years I am organised and creative with a clarity of vision. What many people find difficult, I find easy & actually enjoy - it is as simple as that ! I have helped family and friends declutter and my mother was a secret hoarder which she hid so well, we did not realise until after her death. So I downsized my father from a house to an apartment, I have worked with people who have been separated, divorced or widowed, and understand the challenges around bereavement, having now lost bot my parents. I have worked with families with both young & teenage children and helped working mothers who become overwhelmed with managing the challenges of the home, children as well as all the activities attending events be they school, work or social. I have had three children and we ran our own retail business, so understand how tough it can be. There is no shame in asking for help I have a home office so can help with home office styling as well as paper/ digital filing and storage solutions I believe that with my extensive experience, added to my creative & people skills, I can work with a broad genre of people.
