About PlumbSmart
My name is Adam Shannon. I have been in the plumbing industry now for over 15 years. Starting PlumbSmart was no overnight success, it took me many years of learning from different plumbing company’s I worked for, both large and small to finally find the confidence and passion to open up my own shop. What drove me the most to open my own company was the customers that I have met throughout the years and also the stories they have told me about either poor customer service or bad experiences from so many different companies in the area. Through these experiences with my own customers, I have been able to hone my own customer service skills while still maintaining to be the best plumber for my clients. My passion for this company will be teaching my employees the values of customer service that I have learned in order to make the world of plumbing not only a better place but also a smarter place. The plumbing industry is becoming more innovative every single year and I’m taking it upon myself to help educate both my clients and my employees in order to bring everyone the service that they deserve.
