Our small yet cozy space draws inspiration from Nordic and Scandinavian bathhouse culture to provide you with a mental and physical health-enhancing experience like no other. At PLUNJ, we provide the most relaxing and invigorating version of contrast therapy, which is the practice of deliberately switching back and forth between hot and cold environments. More and more research shows that contrast therapy is linked to physical and mental health benefits, including reduced muscle soreness, improved circulation, improved mood, boosted metabolism, better sleep, a sense of peace and calm, and more.
