Plussa is an app that makes it easy for employers to empower working parents to feel good at home and perform at work. Plussa was founded to adress the lack of cost effective proactive support for parents in the workplace that annually costs companies billions of dollars and is a key factor in explaining why women age 30-39 is the most stressed and burned-out group in the Swedish workplace. Our customer data shows that Plussa’s support for parents improves the following key metrics: - Increases performance, reduces stress, and prevents burnout - Strengthens the employer brand—attracting more high-performing talent and increasing retention (especially during and after parental leave) - Lowers costs related to sick leave and frees up resources for other investments, such as enhanced employee benefits We remove time, cost and location barriers that typically prevent parents from proactively working on their mental wellbeing. We support all parents, both moms and dads, with children under the age of 20. By combining generative AI with evidence based CBT self-help exercises, relevant and engaging content and the ability to chat with psychologists or our AI-coach 24/7, Plussa can be used whenever and wherever it fits into the life puzzle of a parent.
