PM101 is in the business of providing property management services to owners of commercial property across retail, office and industrial assets throughout Queensland. People and Property are our business, their success is our success. We launched on 1 July 2024 in response to a client demand for a proactive, efficient and empathetic commercial property management company. The owner’s, Melanie and Dale Scott-Power have always harboured a strong sense of fairness, teamwork, responsibility and customer service throughout their careers. By getting the basics right such as communication, tenant selection, maintenance and rent collection and by approaching management empathetically we will reduce the stress for all the property stakeholders.
