PMI Financial was founded on the premise that cash access products and services offered to the gaming industry deserved a more aggressive, responsive and forward thinking customer service solution totally dedicated to delivering timely and satisfactory results on the highest priority level possible. An internal phone polling project taken in 2008 from 375 gaming sites in the United States revealed that 41% of gaming operators were dissatisfied with poor customer service, questionable payment methods, forced contract renewals through intimidation, inadequate cash management and equipment breakdowns from their current cash access provider. PMI offers a better solution. Newer, more sophisticated and more streamlined cash access products that increase player time on the casino floor, generate higher revenues for the gaming operator and motivates new players to become loyal customers through our Cash Card products.
