About PMI Palmetto

PMI Palmetto is a full-service real estate company that specializes professional property management. Co-owners of PMI Palmetto, Nathan and Sharon Chapman, we began our real estate investing career in 1996 with a single, residential property. We entered into it with mixed emotions and quickly learned that this was something we wanted to pursue. We purchased several more properties over the next few years (including one new build condo in Myrtle Beach) and decided we should acquire our real estate sales licenses so we could further enjoy the commissions that come with each purchase. In the early years, we performed much of the maintenance and learned what was needed to properly protect the assets. We enjoyed helping friends and family with real estate transactions and even helped others interested in real estate investing understand the process and shared our knowledge that might help them with their future ventures. Our 25+ years of real estate investment and management experience can provide you confidence that we understand the complexities of successfully managing your properties. We have now coupled our experience with an international, powerhouse franchise, PMI (Property Management, Inc), which affords us the ability to strengthen our processes, tools, resources and the expansion of our marketing capabilities.
