About Pocono Services for Families and Children
The mission of Pocono Services for Families and Children is to provide resources for the evolving needs of community children and families, in support of efforts to achieve their goals. Services include Monroe County Head Start, infant/toddler care, school-age program/summer camp, Youth Empowerment Services, parenting education, youth mentoring initiative, health literacy and emergency assistance. There are many opportunities to volunteer, whether it's helping in a classroom, offices, our kitchen, or outside. We have preschool classrooms in the East Stroudsburg and Tobyhanna areas, and are a NAEYC accredited and Keystone Star 4 program. PSFC has been serving the community since 1965.
