Point Contracting is an Arizona General Contractor that provides complete construction services throughout Arizona for commercial, industrial, public and residential clients. As the General Manager of Point Contracting I am committed to providing excellent service at a reasonable price. I have long been frustrated with bad players in the construction industry that have given contractors a bad name. Over my 22 years of owning construction companies I have struggled with bad partners leading me to open my own company. I have also worked through several iterations of company sizes and operational styles. I tried finding as much work as possible thinking that I could find people to perform the work. I learned that it forced me to rely on staff that may not perform quality work, didn't work well with the team or simply didn't show up. Having a large staff, I found myself dealing with employee issues and customer complaints rather than focusing on meeting my customer's needs. Today I take a much more measured approach to contracting. I have the best tradesmen that I have worked with for years, we bring in qualified subcontractors to assist with our workload as needed, and we only take on as much work as allows us to provide exceptional service.
