At Point of Convergence Therapy, PLLC, we walk alongside teens and adults who are carrying a lot—complex trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, family-of-origin wounds, dissociation, and more. Our clients are often the ones holding everything together for everyone else, and we provide a place where they don’t have to. We’re based in Houston, Texas, and see clients virtually across the entire state. No matter where someone is in Texas, we meet them where they are with the same warmth and care. We lean on approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic work, and attachment-focused therapies, weaving them together session by session to meet each person’s unique needs. Our goal is always the same: to create a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth feel possible. We also care deeply about supporting fellow clinicians.
